Trader Lounge Rules

1. No harassing other traders. Harassing other traders in any way or form including harassment of traders based on race, religion or sexuality is strictly prohibited. We try to keep an amicable and congenial environment here. Please treat other traders with respect.
2. Refrain from foul vulgar and explicit sexual language. This is a business environment. Some times the odd foul word may occur, but a constant stream of foul vulgar language and explicit sexual conversation is not permitted. This includes the showing of foul and explicit sexual user video streams.
3. No flooding or spamming. Interrupting the flow of the chat sessions with the use of large fonts, repetitive typing, the advertising of other websites or any other activity that makes it difficult for traders to maintain a good conversation.
4. No posting of private contact information. We ask that you do not give out personal information, e-mail address, phone numbers and home addresses. If you do so, you do this at your own risk and release Blue Point Trading from any and all responsibility.
5. No criticizing and arguing with other traders. Please state you opinions, but respect and support the understanding of other’s opinion as well. No making fun of another trader’s bad trade, boasting that you are the greatest trader or constant haranguing that you are right and the other is wrong.
6. Be supportive of your fellow traders. We very much want traders in the Trader Lounge to discuss; current events, economic issues of the day, trading strategies, market biases or specific trades. Add value to the conversation; a constant stream of past perfect trades and positions is not helpful unless you do not explain why – it is far better to do this in real time. Evasive conversation about your wonderful strategy is not helpful – if you want to participate, be helpful. However, under no circumstances should a fellow trader deliberately try to confuse another trader that would cause them to make a bad trade.
7. Please do not try to dominate the chat so as not to allow others the chance to participate. However do participate.
8. Violation of these basic Blue Point Trading Trader Lounge rules, risks the trader from getting banned from this service. Blue Point Trading takes no responsibility for the content of the Trader Lounge conversation. Please read our disclaimer.
